We recognize that each aspiring principal posses unique strengths and areas of growth. Therefore, our program provides PiRs with an individualized learning pathway tailored to their specifics needs. This approach ensures that they capitalize on their strengths while addressing any weaknesses.
Each PiR is assigned a personal leadership coach who provides individualized coaching, constructive feed back, and challenging assignements. This support system enables PiRs to continuously improve their skills and develop as effective leaders.
We emphasize the importance of culturally responsive leadership in our program, PiRs receive training and support to build an inclusive and culturally sensitive school environment that celebrates diversity, respects students' cultural backgrounds, and promotes equity and social justice.
All PiRs work full-time on a campus leadership team, learning alongside an existing principal. This handds-on approach allows them to gain practical experience and devlop a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities inherent in school leadership.
